A configurable industrial and retail weighing system with 10.1-inch touchscreen, barcode label printer and Punit ERP for inward, production, inventory, dispatch scanning and cloud reports.

Operate Punit ERP inside the touchscreen indicator of a complete industrial weighing scale with printer and tower lamp.
Use the live touchscreen above. The tower lamp, printer, support frame and stainless-steel platform represent the complete Punit product.
The physical scale, operator software, label printer, barcode inventory and dispatch reports work as one connected product.
Punit Weighing Scale With Printer – Touchscreen Based digitises the complete factory material movement—from live weight capture and barcode labelling to inventory, dispatch scanning and reports.
The operator uses a clear Android touchscreen instead of typing weight into separate software. Punit ERP connects with the digital weighing scale, displays live weight, applies the product-specific tare, calculates gross and net weight and checks an optional weight range. Product masters can carry flexible details such as size, colour, GSM, micron, quality, length, packing or any customer-defined field.
When the operator accepts the weighment, the thermal printer produces a custom barcode or QR-code label. The same transaction synchronises with the Laravel cloud web panel and can automatically add product-wise and detail-wise inventory.
During dispatch, the barcode is scanned with the tablet camera or a compatible scanner. Punit ERP verifies the label, creates the dispatch transaction, deducts inventory and generates a dispatch report or packing list. Factory managers can access inward, dispatch, inventory, ledger and audit reports in PDF, Excel or CSV format.

One industrial workstation for weighing automation, barcode labelling, inventory and dispatch.
The Android touchscreen is the operator's interface for product selection, live weight, inward or production sessions, label printing, recent weighments, barcode dispatch and sync status.
Punit ERP provides the software behind the touchscreen and cloud web panel. Products can carry flexible attributes and product-specific tare. Label templates can be designed around the customer's fields and branding. Every accepted weighment can create a barcode identity, transaction history and inventory entry; every approved dispatch can deduct that inventory and generate a packing list.
The hardware and Punit ERP software work as one complete system for industrial and retail weighing, kg/pcs conversion, barcode labelling, inventory control, dispatch slips, hybrid cloud/offline operation and reports.

The range covers multiple configurations. Final capacity, readability, platform dimensions and printer selection are confirmed against the material and loading method.
Prices are indicative and exclude configuration-dependent taxes, freight, installation or statutory fees unless specifically included in the quotation.

The operator selects the product and places material on the industrial platform.
Adjust the example values to see how a weight label responds. The barcode identity remains connected to the stored transaction.
Illustrative preview. Final accuracy, capacity and divisions depend on the selected weighing model.
PRODUCTION LABELCustomer-supplied photographs of live printed output across industries. These examples show how industrial weighing, inventory and dispatch can carry the fields each factory actually needs—not a fixed generic label.

Real printed samples supplied by Punit. Customer names and fields appear as printed; final label size, layout, barcode type and data fields are configured for each approved application.
The product is designed as one controlled industrial workflow—not four disconnected devices.
Select the product on a factory-friendly Android touchscreen and capture stable live weight from the connected scale.
Produce a custom barcode or QR label with product details, gross, tare, net, batch, operator and company logo.
Add stock automatically after inward or production and maintain product-wise, detail-wise and transaction-wise inventory.
Verify every barcode, prevent duplicate dispatch, deduct inventory and generate packing, PDF, Excel or CSV reports.
A barcode inventory weighing system turns each accepted weighment into a controlled stock identity.
During inward, the operator selects the supplier, purchase order, material and location. The platform scale captures the actual weight, the software creates a uniquely identified stock unit and the label stays with the physical material. Location scans can record put-away and internal movement without recreating the weight.
During production, the same approach can identify work-in-progress or finished output by batch, shift, line and operator. For suitable consistent components, an approved kilogram-to-piece conversion may be added, but accuracy depends on average piece-weight consistency and should be stated honestly.
At dispatch, the printed barcode can be scanned against a customer order. Software checks product, batch, status and prior dispatch history before approving stock deduction. This control can reduce duplicate scans, wrong-product movement and missing entries, but barcode printing alone is not inventory management—the scanning and status rules must be used correctly.
SAP weighing scale integration is a defined project, not a plug-and-play cable.
A practical architecture keeps real-time device communication local. The weighing application reads and validates the scale, controls printing, stores an auditable transaction and communicates with SAP or ERP through a customer-approved interface.
The ERP may send product, order, supplier or customer data. After an accepted weight is printed and stored, the local application can post the approved transaction and retain the returned document reference. If the ERP is temporarily unavailable, a designed offline queue can retry the same unique transaction without creating duplicates.
SAP Business One, S/4HANA, EWM and other ERP integrations depend on API availability, security approval, business rules and customer technical ownership. Compatibility must be assessed before scope and price are confirmed.
Every application page must earn its place with a distinct workflow, label and operational recommendation.

Explore use case ↗It is an industrial system that captures actual weight from a compatible scale or indicator and prints an approved receipt or label. Advanced configurations can add barcodes, QR codes, transaction storage, inventory, production reporting, cloud dashboards and SAP or ERP integration.
Yes. The workflow can capture gross weight, select or measure tare, calculate net weight and print all three values with the product and transaction identity.
Sometimes. The indicator must provide a documented usable output, commonly RS-232, USB, Ethernet or an approved wireless interface. Compatibility must be checked before promising an upgrade.
No. A label-only system prints identity but does not create or deduct stock. Inventory requires the inventory software module and a disciplined scanning workflow.
Yes. An offline configuration can capture, print and store locally. A synchronized design can queue approved records and upload them later without duplicating transactions.
Potentially, through an approved customer interface. The exact scope depends on available APIs, master-data ownership, security approval, posting rules and offline/error handling.
Direct thermal suits shorter-life labels and simpler operation. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon and is usually selected where abrasion, heat, chemicals or longer storage life require a more durable print.
This website focuses on industrial weight capture, label printing and traceability. Retail functions are separate and should only be specified when the chosen model and local rules support them.
